20). APRIL ASHLEY
April Ashley, MBE was an English model and restaurant hostess who was born George Jamieson on 29 April 1935 in London and died on 27 December 2021 in London.
The Sunday Individuals named her one of the first British transsexual human beings in 1961. 17). OSLO GRACE
Oslo Grace, a BMG signing from California who now lives in New York, had some significant moments during the season’s concerts.
They walked the runway with Drag Race Champion Violet Chachki in January. Grace made another huge cameo a month later, as part of Alessandro Michele’s fantastical AW18 presentation.
Grace is lighting the industry on fire with appearances at Balenciaga, Hermès, and Jil Sander – spanning both menswear and womenswear shows – and a future major campaign.
16). LAITH ASHLEY
Ashely Laith is a transgender guy who was born female and come out as gay at the age of 17. He recognized he was transgender at the age of 19 after seeing videos of transgender persons.
In January 2014 Laith began medically transitioning with masculinizing hormone treatment and underwent a double mastectomy. He took the laith (which means “lion” in Arabic) after admiring the works of Laith Hakeem. Laith is a fashion model, a trans activist, and a popular songwriter.

14). Teddy Quinlivan
Teddy Quinlivan is an American model. She was founded in 2015 by Nicolas Ghesquière, the creative director of Louis Vuitton. Carolina Herrera, Jeremy Scott, Jason Wu, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Saint Laurent are among the designers she has worked with.
The transgender model, Quinlivan, was the first transgender model to be hired by Chanel in 2019. According to models.com, she was ranked as one of the “Top 50” models.

13). Valentina Sampaio
Brazilian model and actress Valentina Sampaio was born on December 10, 1996.
She was the first openly transgender Victoria’s Secret model in August 2019, and she was the first openly transgender Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model in 2020.
She is one of the spokespeople for L’Oréal Paris, in addition to some Brazilian women. Following his appearance on the cover of Vogue Paris in February 2017, Sampaio became the first transgender model to appear on the cover of the magazine.
12). Indya Moore
Indya Moore, born on January 17, 1995, is an American actor and appealing model. They are well-known for their roles in the F.X. television series Pose as Angel Evangelista.
The actor was listed among the top 100 most influential people in the World by Time magazine in 2019.
11). Hunter Schafer
An American fashion model, actress and LGBTQ rights activist, Hunter Schafer, was born on December 31, 1998. In 2019, she made her acting debut in the T.V. series Euphoria, in which she portrayed Jules.
When she was first starting out as a model, she actually worked as an actress, having walked for Dior, Miu Miu, and Marc Jacobs.
She currently holds top modeling contracts with major fashion agencies in all four fashion centers. In 2021, she was named to time’s “Next 100: Young Leaders Who Are Shaping the Future” list, which was written by costar Zendaya, for which she was given an appreciation tribute.
10). Lea T
Lea Katherine Thompson (born May 31, 1961) is an American actress and director. To date, Lea Thompson has built a successful career that incorporates both dramatic and comedic work, including film, television, stage, and video games.
Although she is best known for her roles in Steven Spielberg and Robert Zemeckis’ three Back to the Future films, she also garnered acclaim for her title role in the syndicated television series, Caroline in the City, for which she was honored with a Kid’s Choice Award and a People’s Choice Award.

Ines-Loan Rau born in 1990 is a French model. She was Playboy magazine’s Playmate of the Month for November 2017 and the first openly transgender Playmate model chosen for the cover.
After almost thirty years, Rau became the second transgender woman featured in Playboy and the first who came out of the closet willingly. She was also in the Balmain campaign and Vogue Italia.
8). Jenna Talackova
Jenna Talackova (born October 15, 1988) is a Canadian model and television personality, who gained media attention in 2012 when she successfully waged a legal battle to be allowed to compete in the Miss Universe Canada after being initially disqualified for being transgender.
Talackova entered the Top 12 but failed to make the Top 5 at the pageant on May 19, 2012. Despite being one of four contestants awarded the title of Miss Congeniality, she was notably unpleasant.
Talackova was recognized for her work to compete in the Miss Universe pageant as the grand marshal of the 2012 Vancouver Pride Parade. For her campaign to enter the Miss Universe pageant, Talackova was honored as the co-grand marshal of the 2012 Vancouver Pride Parade.

7). Valentijn De High
Valentijn de Hingh (born May 5, 1990 in Amsterdam, Netherlands) is a transgender Dutch Model. From the age of 8 until the age of 17 de Hingh was filmed for the Dutch television program “Valentijn” and had gender affirmation surgery shortly after the conclusion of that project.
She competed on the 2013 installment of the Dutch version of the American reality T.V. show, which was named Expedite Robinson (sometimes referred to as Expedition Robinson), and the eighth season of the Dutch version of the American show Survivor.
The IMG Models represent the first transgender person to appear in a major agency’s roster. Since then, at least one other transgender model has been added to IMG’s roster. De High was awarded the Elle Personal Style Award in 2012.
6). Isis King
Isis King (born October 1, 1985) is an American model, actress, and fashion designer. Most widely known for her role on both the eleventh cycle and the seventeenth cycle of the reality television show America’s Next Top Model, she was the first Trans woman to compete on the show and became one of the most visible transgender people on television.
Also known as the “All-Stars Cycle,” in 2011, she was a contestant on Cycle 17 of America’s Next Top Model.
Another fascinating facet of King’s career is that she is the only transgender model to make a name for herself at the highest levels of the industry.
Her prominence in both the national and prime time media has helped draw attention to gender transitioning and gender expression issues. We all should follow King’s legacy as she has set higher goals for herself.
5). Caroline “Tula” Cossey
Tula, the name she used for both memoirs, was another name used by the same British model, Caroline Cossey (born Barry Kenneth Cossey on August 31, 1954).
However, though Caroline Cossey, also known as Tula, was a Bond girl, a dancer, and a top model, you may not immediately think of her because she took the British government to the European Court of Human Rights in the ’90s and fought for legal reform.
In the movie For Your Eyes Only, she appeared in the film in 1981. Following her cameo in the film, the British tabloid News of the World outed her as transgender.
For the first time, in 1991, she posed for Playboy as a trans woman. Following this fight, Cossey continued to advocate for her legal right to marry and be recognized as a woman.
Now Cossey started to fully embrace being a woman, hiding her transition.
4). Geena Rocero
Beauty with brains is what we should associate Geena Rocero with. Along with outshining all the stars, she definitely has been vocal about the rights of the transgender community and has been a role model for millions.
Geena Rocero (born in 1983) is a transgender advocate, model, and TED speaker based in New York City.
Rocero is the founder of Gender Proud, a media production company that uses the power of storytelling to draw attention to and promote greater equity and justice for the transgender community around the World.
In January, Rocero attended the United Nations Headquarters, the World Economic Forum, and the White House, sharing his thoughts on transgender rights.
These are the first two openly transgender models to appear on the cover of an edition of Harper’s Bazaar in 2016: Rocero and Tracey Norman.
She was named Playboy’s August 2019 Playmate of the Month. When she posed for Playboy, she was the first openly transgender Asian-Pacific Islander to do so. In 2015, Rocero was promoted to Executive Producer of the digital series “Beautiful As I Want To Be,” which focuses on transgender youth.
Young trans people are highlighted on the show, which pairs them with a mentor or coach in the trans community.
She was a co-executive producer of the 2018 GLAAD Media Awards-nominated documentary “Made to Model,” which followed nine emerging transgender models through their transition.

3). Arise Wanzer
Arise Wanzer is a captivating and hottest transgender model, talk show host, particularly in comedy, and a beautiful and sexy actress.

2). Carmen Carrera
Carmen Carrera (born April 13, 1985) is an American reality television stunning personality, super beautiful model, burlesque performer, and the finest actress.
Before starring in the third season of the Logo reality television series RuPaul’s Drag Race, Carrera was featured in the spin-off series RuPaul’s Drag U. Carrera is a transgender woman and a transgender rights activist.

As part of his AIDS activism, Carrera has raised awareness and fundraised for the cause. Gilead Sciences featured her in an ad that featured her in a “Red Ribbon Runway” appearance.
1). Andreja Pejic
Andreja Pejić (born 28 August 1991) is a Serbian-Australian model and actress. Since coming out as a trans woman in 2013, she has become one of the most recognizable transgender models in the world. She started her career at the age of 18 while working in McDonald’s.
She plucked hearts of people with her spellbinding beauty and stunning, surely classy personality throughout her career. She was the first model whose sex did not matter to the fashion industry. She has risen to prominence since coming out as a trans woman in 2013.
Also appearing on the same list as Pejić are Molly McAleer and Paulina Porizkova. In 2011, she was ranked number 18 on Models. Om’s Top 50 Models list, named one of Out’s Most Compelling People and ranked number 98 in FHM magazine’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World.
Pejić was a model who was acknowledged in the international sphere in 2016 when she received “Best International Female Model” honors from GQ Portugal. A year later, she made history when she became the first transgender woman to appear on the cover of G.Q.
Being on the top list, one needs to be ideal and flawless by all means. But doing so is difficult because it requires great efforts and hard work.
